April received her Juris Doctor degree in 2002 from Chicago-Kent College of Law and later received her Master of Laws in 2006 from the University of Houston with a focus on International Law. Fluent in Tagalog (Filipino) and conversant in Spanish, April has advocated for clients in various walks of life for over 20 years.
